Christmas 08

it was a great christmas. we spent the morning, day, and night at the lewis house. we got to see all my family members. jp and britt drove down from Oregan- in the middle of the night- crazy kids, sam and heidi drove (flew) from arizona, and miles and fam drove up from payson. we of course live close enough that we could have walked! love it.

THingS i'm THANkfulL FOR

tis the season to think about all that we are blessed with and i really am truly blesses in my life.
i have the BEST HUSBAND in the whole world. i know that allot of people say that but JAKE is MY EVERYTHING and i don't know why i am so LUCKY and BLESSED to have him in my life.
my CHILDREN are MY HEART. i could not live without them.
i'm so thankful TO BE A MOM, it TEACHES me something new everyday.
i'm happy to be living back in UTAH. everyday i drive around and thank the Lord that i live in such a beautiful place, the mountains, the trees, the grass, it just TAKES MY BREATH AWAY.
i am so very thankful for MY MOM who watches my children every day that i work. they love you mom and i couldn't leave them with anyone else. THANK YOU!
i'm thankful to live close to sibling and cousins.
i'm thankful for SUNDAY DINERS.
i'm thankful for a wonderful JOB- i actually want to be there, i really love all of you that i work with and am so glad i've made so many NEW FRENDS.
i'm thankful for OLD FRIENDS (thanks for lunch today NIK!)
and the list could go on and on

Aubrey's birthday last month...I KNOW!!!!

so better late than never RIGHT???
my aubrey turned 7 on oct 23rd
we decided to have a HSM3 party since it came out that weekend
we opened presents then took off for the theaters

WHAT i LOVE about AUBREY:

• she can organize a drawer better than i can (and i'm pretty good!)
• she is a great big sister
• most beautiful hair, thick, brown, and looks great up or down
• very smart
• makes me laugh daily
• is my best friend
• best swimmer in the house
• knows how to take a great picture every time!
  

• she still needs to sit on my lap and to be hugged when she gets hurt
• she can make her own breakfast- and mine if i ask her
• she is the best cleaner
• she makes her bed EVERY day! REALLY!

ok so now i love it. go see it twice cause then the expectation is gone and you just get to enjoy the movie!

Twilight mania

so the whole time i was thinking that the budget was way low, visual effects were kinda crappy, and Edward is WAY to intense. but when it was all over I WANTED MORE and so i'm going to see it again tomorrow. sigh. defiantly a must see but a little disappointing. LOVED the baseball scene. and i loved Bellas dad, and Emmit is cute and James is really hot!:-) ok i liked it.
i went with all the girls from the dental office there was over 20 of us

we all screamed throughout the movie. we had a great audience. we even had one man center front row that stood up and yelled when the movie started. his wife then stood up and said that if she wasn't married to this wonderful man she would marry edward. (they were around their 50's)

ok so we are about 2 min away from the falls but this was as close to then that we got (after 40 or so min of hiking) but the girls were done...so maybe next year well actually make it.

it really was the most beautiful views- and the leaves were perfect.
